Background
Blair has a Master of Business Studies (MBS), a Diploma of Business & Administration and a Diploma of Banking, all from Massey University.
He is a member of the Institute of Financial Advisers (IFA) and a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia (Finsia).
His banking career saw him become manager of the BNZ’s Wellington branch, one of the bank’s biggest branches, and he was subsequently practice manager for Lower Hutt legal firm Gaskin Avison. In 2010, Blair joined Chris MacKay Financial Planning (CMFP), a member of the Plus4 group.
Blair’s wide experience gives him unique qualifications to provide a full range of financial advice covering investments, insurance, KiwiSaver and property lending. Consequently, Blair heads the CMFP Mortgage Broking Division.

Personal
Lower Hutt residents, Blair and his wife Karen have three adult daughters. A former Hutt Valley High School rugby coach, these days Blair plays golf and enjoys competing in Business House League tennis.
