Background
Chris joined Chris MacKay Financial Planning, a member of the Plus4 group, in 2011 with five years’ experience in the financial services profession.
Prior to that, Chris had a number of senior roles in sales and customer service, and ran his own business.
A member of Financial Advice New Zealand and the Triple A Advisers Association, Chris also holds the National Certificate in Financial Services endorsed in Investment advice and Insurance advice.

Chris recognises that everyone’s needs are different, and one size does not fit all. He enjoys getting to know you so as he can help find the solution that best meets your needs.
Personal
A family man, Chris is father of two sons, now young adults and alumni of Otago University. He enjoys sport, is a past convenor of junior cricket in Eastbourne, and plays tennis for the Muritai Tennis Club, where his wife Denise is Club Captain. Chris is also a Trustee of the Eastbourne Youth Worker Trust.
